WWII German Minis
This is just the WWII German equipment (in 20mm) I have photographed so far. Much of it was assembled to be photographed and included in various Command Decision books for GDW. Frank usually provided the infantry and "plain vanilla" Germans for the games we played. Real WWII fanatics can no doubt figure out the unit I've assembled here.

This is a self-propelled 37mm antiaircraft gun, Ostwind. It was converted from an old SP quad 20mm Wirbelwind kit by swapping a 37mm AA gun for the quad 20mm gun and rebuilding the turret front with sheet plastic. It is not 100% accurate, but it looks good enough on the tabletop (and that's all that counts in my approach to wargame models. No crew or external stores . . . yet. Light weathering, so the details show up better in a photograph.

This is a P-47's view of a Sturmgeschutz III straight out of the box. I left the hatch open so I could add a commander later, if I want to.
This is a JagdTiger, the infamous "Hunting Tiger." The antidote for these is either a Typhoon sortie or small mammals to eat the eggs. I need to assemble and paint the second model to finish the prototype unit I'm working up.
The workhorse of the WWII Wehrmacht, the Opel truck. Again, straight out of the box, no crew, cargo, or external stores added.
These are a pair of Nashorn self-propelled antitank guns. No kit was available when these were built: I took a pair of flak 88s, scratchbuilt muzzle brakes, and stuck each one in a Hummel chassis. I stuck some lichen over one of them to simulate camouflage, but it was not completely satisfactory. I will eventually correct this.
